We’re living in a time where division wears a name tag like it's proud of the mess it’s making. Folks walking around with heavy hearts, sharp tongues, and short tempers. And the worst part? Hate is starting to look normal.

Turn on the news — more chaos. Scroll your phone — more arguing. Walk through your day — more cold shoulders and angry glances.

You start wondering:

“What kind of world is this turning into?”

But the better question is:

“What kind of person am I turning into while the world spins?”

Now listen close… You don’t have to match the darkness to survive in it.

That’s the lie the enemy wants you to believe. That you gotta fight ugly with ugly. That bitterness is your shield and silence is your only peace.

But no, sugar. You were made of better stuff than that. You were built to rise. You were born to shine. You were called to be what this world forgot: a balm, not a blade.

Mindset Medicine When the world screams hate, you whisper healing. When cruelty cuts deep, you offer care. When others judge, you choose to understand.

Now don’t get it twisted — this ain’t weakness. This is holy resistance. You don’t lower your light just because others are afraid of the brightness.

Mama’s Challenge This week, I want you to be intentional about being part of the solution.

Speak kindness — especially when it’s not easy. Send love to someone you’ve distanced yourself from. Unfollow hate. Follow healing. Start your day by asking, “How can I be light today?”

And if you’re tired, I understand. But even tired candles still shine.

This world might try to make you choose a side — hate or hate dressed as justice. But you, baby? You’re walking love. You’re truth in motion. You’re the healing this world forgot it needed.

Keep choosing the high road. Keep showing up with grace. And don’t ever forget…
